Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, providing friendly and professional first‑point contact.
• Assist with membership enquiries, registrations, and renewals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized front‑desk environment.
• Coordinate with fitness instructors, aquatic staff, and coaches to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and phone inquiries.
