Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

This short‑term position is with a premium consumer brand based in Banksmeadow, Sydney. As the first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional support via phone, email and live chat, helping to maintain a positive brand experience during a busy one‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service across phone, email and live‑chat channels.
• Act as the initial point of contact for enquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Support the Customer Service Manager with day‑to‑day operations.
• Assist with venue and event‑related enquiries.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality customer experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Gorgias.
• Experience using Shopify.
• Experience using 7Rooms.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $38‑$40 plus superannuation.
• Prime Banksmeadow location.
• Approximately 100 hours of work over a one‑month contract.
