Customer Service Consultant – Full‑time (Lidcombe)

About the role

Join a market‑leading global organisation as a Customer Service Consultant in Lidcombe. You will work within a supportive, collaborative team, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions while promoting the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and email enquiries from domestic customers.
• Make proactive outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services.
• Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately.
• Schedule appointments for residential customers.
• Convert enquiries into sales opportunities and meet internal sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in multiple databases, ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or call‑centre environments (essential).
• Proven ability in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, punctual and professional.
• Accurate data‑entry skills and attention to detail.
