Customer Service and Sales Representative - Telstra

About the role

TSA Group, a partner of Telstra, is hiring entry-level customer service and sales staff in Brisbane. The role involves answering inbound calls from everyday customers and promoting Telstra products and services, with support available after training.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and represent and promote a wide range of Telstra products and services
• Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles
• Use effective communication skills to empathise with and understand customers
• De-escalate customer grievances confidently
• Be flexible with hours so that the team is available when customers need it

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathise and engage in friendly conversation
• Strong computer literacy and multi-tasking abilities
• Self-motivated, open to learning new skills and resilient
• Solution-oriented mindset ready to resolve problems
• Fixed internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
• Availability for Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, and Saturday shifts 9 am to 5:30 pm

What we offer

• Base salary of $55,290 plus superannuation, with uncapped commissions paid fortnightly; first-year on-target earnings of $80,000+
• Rotating schedule Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, with Saturdays 9 am to 5:30 pm
