Customer Service Agent (Online)

About the role

Honey Birdette is seeking an enthusiastic Online Customer Service Agent to join its UK team. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering a premium, "red carpet" experience to shoppers across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer support tickets through the Zendesk portal while meeting KPI targets.
• Provide expert product guidance, helping customers discover items that suit their needs.
• Communicate with customers via live chat, phone, email and other online platforms.
• Collaborate with broader teams to ensure smooth operations and high commercial outcomes.
• Handle additional tasks as required to maintain customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or online customer service.
• Strong communication skills with a positive, bubbly attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and de‑escalate challenging situations.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Self‑motivated, able to work both autonomously and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zendesk ticketing system.
