Customer Service Agent – Full-Time Remote (Sydney Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Customer Service Agent to assist our eCommerce customers via email, chat and social channels. You will resolve issues, process orders and returns, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally using Gorgias.
• Process returns, refunds and order amendments in Shopify and Loop.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and maintain clear ticket notes.
• Participate in team training, quality assurance sessions and regular meetings.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of eCommerce customer service experience.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Loop or similar platforms.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented and excellent time‑management abilities.
