Customer Service Agent (Casual)

About the role

Honey Birdette is seeking an experienced Online Customer Experience Agent to deliver a premium, "red‑carpet" service to its customers. You will work remotely, handling inquiries across multiple channels and helping shoppers discover products they love.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer support tickets via Zendesk, consistently meeting KPIs.
• Provide expert guidance and product recommendations to enhance the customer journey.
• Communicate with customers through live chat, phone, email and other online platforms.
• Support additional operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or online customer service.
• Strong communication skills with a bubbly, people‑oriented attitude.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and achieve KPI targets.
• Comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously and following company policies.
• Skilled at de‑escalating situations and turning negative experiences into positives.
• Calm under pressure, deadline‑driven, and able to work both autonomously and within a team.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends and public holidays.
