Customer Relationship Agent

About the role

DebtManagers is looking for a full‑time Customer Relationship Agent to join its Springwood office. You will work directly with customers to understand their financial situations and create fair, sustainable repayment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email and other channels to discuss debt repayment options.
• Assess each customer’s needs and explain available plans clearly and respectfully.
• Update account information, monitor payment arrangements and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues and provide professional, empathetic support.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities with a focus on service and satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in call‑center, collections, financial services or similar environments.
• High level of empathy, resilience and professionalism when dealing with sensitive financial matters.
• Comfort using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work on‑site full time and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Relevant certifications or training in customer service or financial services are a plus.
