Customer Receivables Representative

About the role

The Customer Receivables Representative will deliver exceptional customer service and sales support, acting as a trusted point of contact for day‑to‑day enquiries. Based in Subiaco, this part‑time position runs until May 2027, working 15.2 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and receipt incoming payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
• Follow up outstanding and overdue accounts and manage debtor accounts within agreed timeframes.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and update customer information in internal systems.
• Manage shared inboxes, coordinate customer requests and communicate updates.
• Support the wider team with ad‑hoc duties and maintain templates, documents and processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, finance, fleet management or the automotive industry is highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or related fields are desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work both collaboratively and independently.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
