Customer Quotation Specialist

About the role

The Customer Quotation Specialist will join the Service Sales Team at our Newcastle branch, providing accurate and timely quotations for a range of service items. You will work closely with Field Service Managers, Service Technicians and customers to ensure a smooth quoting process and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed service quotations for repairs, overhauls, batteries, tyres, road quotes and attachments within agreed timeframes.
• Manage quotation enquiries from receipt through to completion, maintaining clear communication with customers.
• Liaise with Service Technicians and Field Service Managers to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate quotation records and customer information.
• Follow up outstanding quotes, identify upsell opportunities and support service sales targets.
• Process customer orders and assist with sales reporting, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements and participate in team meetings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, administration or quotation preparation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under pressure.
• Organised with solid time‑management skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience in a technical, service equipment or automotive environment is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
