Customer Order Expeditor

About the role

Metso is seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Order Expeditor to join its operations team on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in Brisbane, Sydney or Perth, you will be at the centre of order delivery performance, ensuring that customer commitments are met on time and in full.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customer order execution.
• Monitor order progress, identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure delivery dates are actively managed and met.
• Expedite critical, high‑value or urgent orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
• Resolve order exceptions and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and proactive mindset.
• Ability to prioritise, communicate clearly and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Brisbane, Sydney or Perth.
