About the role
The Salisbury Branch of the Retail Bank is seeking a Customer Banking Manager on a full-time basis. The Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience to over 10 million personal and small business customers through branches, phone, video conferencing and online channels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional service to a diverse range of customers.
- Coach and develop the team, helping members achieve individual and team targets.
- Foster the career development aspirations of team members.
Required profile
- A highly motivated candidate who can lead a team to great outcomes in a busy, driven environment.
- A proven track record in sales.
- Leadership skills and the ability to develop and mentor a team.
