Kick‑start your culinary career with one of Australia’s most iconic hospitality brands. The Crown Sydney Culinary Apprentice Program blends four days of hands‑on kitchen training with one day of classroom study at NSW TAFE, rotating you through a range of high‑profile venues such as Epicurean, Nobu and event banquets.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for cooking – no prior professional experience required.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Availability to work full‑time on a rotating roster, including late evenings and early mornings.
• Commitment to complete a 3‑year apprenticeship with Crown.
• Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident).
• Availability to commence the apprenticeship in January 2027.
