About the role
Join the GYG family as a Crew Member, delivering friendly and prompt service in a vibrant Mexican fast‑casual environment. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and the team to ensure customers enjoy high‑quality food and a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide pleasant and prompt service to customers.
- Prepare menu items according to GYG procedures and standards.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation processes.
- Keep the work station clean, tidy, and well‑organized.
Required profile
- Advanced English skills (if non‑native).
- RSA certificate.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Outgoing, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
Required skills
- RSA certificate.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS and EFTPOS machine operation.
- Understanding of Australian currency, payment methods, and loyalty cards.
