Creative Specialist – Editor & Designer for Performance Agency

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Specialist (Editor & Designer) to lead the production of high‑volume, performance‑driven ad creative for eCommerce brands within a fast‑growing performance marketing agency in Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full creative production lifecycle from brief to delivery, including UGC edits, video sales letters, static images, motion graphics and ad variations.
• Iterate creative based on live performance data with the Head of Digital, scaling winners and retiring under‑performing assets.
• Produce dozens of assets per week across multiple client accounts, ensuring platform‑native, on‑brand, performance‑ready output.
• Design performance‑level static and motion graphics using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for Meta and TikTok.
• Maintain quality control across all shipped creative.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on creative production experience in a performance or eCommerce agency or similarly fast‑paced environment.
• Outcome‑oriented mindset with a focus on conversion performance rather than pure aesthetics.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑volume creative work for real brands.

Required skills

• Advanced video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve) with strong short‑form pacing and hook creation.
• Design fluency for static and motion assets (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Deep knowledge of Meta and TikTok ad formats and best practices.
• Experience using AI creative tools (e.g., Runway, Kling, Higgsfield) is a plus.
