CPAP Therapy Consultant

About the role

The CPAP Therapy Consultant is responsible for managing the CPAP clinic’s service, sales, administration and operations, ensuring patients receive high‑quality support and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient relationship management, including enquiries, issue resolution, equipment set‑up, counselling and liaison with physicians.
• Promote sales of CPAP services and products, solicit new business, and follow up to convert rentals to purchases.
• Maintain patient records in ERP systems (Great Plains, Monday.com), process orders, invoices and payments.
• Manage stock levels for sales, rentals and therapy introductions, perform reconciliations and reorder as needed.
• Ensure diagnostic and therapeutic equipment is cleaned, disinfected and QC‑checked before reuse.
• Coordinate equipment servicing with manufacturers and comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum one year retail experience with customer service and sales exposure (advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to interpret documents, solve practical problems and manage competing demands.
• Physical ability to stand occasionally and lift up to 5 kg.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems – Great Plains and Monday.com.
• Competence in Google Workspace and general computer literacy.
• Basic knowledge of CPAP equipment, masks, humidifiers and related accessories.
