About the role
We are looking for a reliable Courier to join our FedEx team. In this role you will be responsible for the safe, accurate and timely collection and delivery of packages, ensuring each shipment is verified and scanned correctly while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and deliver packages following designated routes and strict time schedules.
- Verify and scan package contents at pick‑up and delivery to confirm order accuracy.
- Maintain package security and ensure items are securely packed.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
- Report any delivery issues, damaged goods or address discrepancies promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of professional driving experience.
- Valid C Class (Car) licence (AU K012) or Medium Rigid (MR) Truck licence (AU K013).
