About the role
FedEx is seeking a reliable Courier to join its delivery team. You will be responsible for the safe, accurate and timely collection and delivery of packages while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and deliver packages following designated routes and strict time schedules.
- Verify and scan package contents at pick‑up and delivery to confirm order accuracy.
- Ensure packages are securely packed and protected during transport.
- Report any delivery issues, damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of professional driving experience.
- Valid Australian Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures.
