About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager to support data centre projects in Brisbane. You will work across the full project life‑cycle, from pre‑contract cost planning through to post‑contract variation and payment assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Measure all elements for preparation of cost plans and price individual items using first principles and market engagement.
- Prepare cost reports, assess tender returns, and produce tender recommendation reports.
- Evaluate contractor variations and payment claims, and recommend payments to the Superintendent.
- Compile benchmarking and market intelligence data, and utilise the Hive digital platform for deliverables.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years post‑graduate experience in cost management.
- RICS member or on the pathway to membership.
- Experience across pre‑contract, procurement and post‑contract activities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CostX software.
