About the role
The Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager will coordinate and supervise company secretarial services for a portfolio of clients. Working in a hybrid model, you will ensure high‑quality board meeting preparation, statutory compliance and client advisory across corporate and trust structures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage company registers, prepare and lodge ASIC forms, draft resolutions and statutory documents.
- Organise board and committee meeting packs, take minutes and ensure consistent, high‑quality materials.
- Oversee incorporation, deregistration, shareholding and directorship changes for client companies.
- Maintain trust registers, draft trustee resolutions and support trust administration.
- Gather KYC documentation, conduct periodic compliance reviews and monitor transaction activity.
- Supervise and train the secretarial team, enhancing practical skills and technical knowledge.
- Ensure timely billing, accurate time‑writing and support cash collection.
Required profile
- Qualification in corporate governance or a related field.
- Experience in company secretarial services, ASIC filings and board meeting support.
- Familiarity with trust administration, registers and trustee resolutions.
- Strong client‑service orientation and ability to manage a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Experience supervising a team and delivering technical training.
