Corporate & International Tax Manager

About the role

Deloitte’s Tax & Legal team is seeking a Manager to lead high‑impact corporate tax engagements for major Australian and global clients. You will own end‑to‑end corporate tax compliance and advisory work, building trusted relationships while developing junior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate tax structuring, transactions, tax consolidation and cross‑border issues.
• Own delivery of corporate income tax compliance, including deferred and current tax provisions, company tax returns and planning.
• Lead and coach high‑performing teams, providing clear direction, feedback and mentorship.
• Drive tech‑enabled solutions to improve tax delivery and client processes.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and commercial thinking.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in corporate tax compliance and/or advisory within a professional services or in‑house environment.
• Proven ability to prepare deferred and current tax provisions and company tax returns.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple deadlines with quality and risk awareness.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with sound judgement.
