Cook - Overnight Shift (In Room Dining)

About the role

Crown Sydney's In-Room Dining team is looking for cooks to join its overnight shift team. You will help deliver exceptional overnight dining experiences to guests in a fast-paced 24-hour kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, upholding food safety standards and contributing to a seamless guest experience alongside a talented culinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in a 24-hour kitchen

• Work alongside a culinary team in a fast-paced environment

Required profile

• Available for overnight shifts
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Follows health and safety protocols, policies and procedures related to food and workplace safety
• Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is desirable
