Conversion Intelligence & Automation Lead

About the role

Magentus is seeking a Conversion Intelligence & Automation Lead on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to transform customer onboarding and data migration through AI, automation and data‑driven innovation. You will work across Product, Engineering, Data and Implementation teams to make the conversion ecosystem smarter, faster and more predictive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of customer conversion and onboarding capabilities using AI, automation and data intelligence.
• Identify and implement improvements to migration processes, reducing effort and risk while enhancing data quality.
• Design intelligent automation solutions that minimise manual work and improve reliability of AWS‑based platforms and data pipelines.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud‑native solutions and develop predictive conversion models.
• Establish metrics, reporting and a continuous‑improvement mindset to turn onboarding into a strategic advantage.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software, data, platform or automation engineering.
• Proven track record delivering automation initiatives and operational efficiency improvements in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in SaaS or technology‑driven organisations, with a passion for solving business challenges through technology.
