Contract Site Supervisor – Commercial Building

About the role

The builder is seeking an experienced Contract Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities on a key education project in Western Sydney. You will work closely with the Site Manager and project team to ensure the site operates safely, on schedule, and to high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate daily site tasks.
• Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
• Monitor project timelines, report progress and address delays.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Maintain high‑quality standards across all works.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Current First Aid certification and a valid White Card.
