Contract GP for Workplace Skin Cancer Screening

About the role

Skin Patrol is seeking AHPRA‑registered General Practitioners and Skin Cancer Physicians to deliver on‑site skin cancer checks for corporate employees across Australia. The position is contract‑based with flexible half‑day or full‑day sessions in metropolitan and regional workplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Perform skin cancer examinations using a Heine Delta 30 dermatoscope.
• Document lesions, capture images, and manage referrals through DermEngine.
• Collaborate with a medical receptionist to ensure smooth patient preparation and flow.
• Provide clear clinical advice and follow‑up recommendations to employees.

Required profile

• AHPRA‑registered GP or physician with FRACGP or FACRRM fellowship.
• Current Medicare provider number and valid medical indemnity insurance.
• VR status for travel to metropolitan or regional sites.
• Professional patient manner and systematic clinical approach.

Required skills

• Dermoscopy
• Experience with DermEngine (advantageous)
