Content Marketing Coordinator

About the role

As a Content Marketing Coordinator at Mad Mex, you will be at the centre of a fast‑moving brand transformation, creating short‑form video and social content that captures attention and drives customers into our restaurants. You’ll work across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, turning trends into authentic Mad Mex experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create, film, edit and publish engaging short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Maintain and optimise the content calendar to keep all social channels active, on‑brand and engaging.
• Identify emerging trends quickly and apply a distinct Mad Mex twist.
• Collaborate with creators, influencers and franchise partners to produce campaign assets.
• Track content performance, analyse insights and continuously improve results.
• Support local restaurant marketing initiatives, including new opening campaigns and community engagement.
• Develop national campaign assets and ensure brand consistency while allowing local creativity.
• Work closely with internal operations, marketing and franchise teams to deliver timely, impactful campaigns.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and business outcomes.
• Confidence filming, editing and publishing short‑form video content.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and building positive relationships.
• Proactive, commercial mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves.
