About the role
We are seeking a Digital Content Editor to work remotely on training AI models. You will assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots, assess their outputs, and help improve model quality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments.
- Evaluate the generated content for correctness, style, and performance.
- Measure progress of AI models and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate on problem‑solving to enhance model quality.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).

- Full‑time or part‑time remote contract.

- Hourly rate of $25–$30+ with performance bonuses.
