About the role

We are seeking a Digital Content Editor to work remotely on training AI models. You will assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots, assess their outputs, and help improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments.
Evaluate the generated content for correctness, style, and performance.
Measure progress of AI models and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate on problem‑solving to enhance model quality.

Required profile

Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).

Required skills

What we offer

Full‑time or part‑time remote contract.
Choose projects and set your own schedule.
Hourly rate of $25–$30+ with performance bonuses.
Payments processed via PayPal, with currency conversion to AUD.
Independent freelance arrangement.
