About the role

We are seeking an experienced Content Editor to join our AI training team. You will work remotely, guiding AI chatbots through writing and editing tasks while measuring their progress and improving model quality.

Key responsibilities

Assign writing and editing assignments to AI chatbots.
Evaluate chatbot outputs for accuracy, logic, and overall performance.
Provide feedback and corrective guidance to enhance model outputs.
Track and report on model improvement metrics.

Required profile

Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (optional but advantageous).
