Consultant – Strategy Consulting

About the role

L.E.K. is seeking motivated Consultants to join its Sydney or Melbourne offices. As a core member of the case team, you will work directly with Partners, Managers and Associates to solve complex strategic challenges for leading organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Break down and analyse clients' strategic issues and develop actionable recommendations.
• Structure analyses, plan research on market growth drivers, competitive profiling and broader trends.
• Guide and mentor Associates, managing day‑to‑day activities and ensuring quality of deliverables.
• Plan, prioritise and track multiple work streams to meet case milestones.
• Supervise analyses, shape final outputs and present solutions to clients.
• Identify potential business opportunities and communicate them to senior team members.

Required profile

• Ability to manage a team of Associates from day one.
• High level of responsibility for guiding and managing case work.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
