Consult Partner – Senior Consulting Leadership

About the role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest‑growing business within Kyndryl, driving strategic growth across its largest accounts. As a Consult Partner you will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape strategic change agendas, and build trusted relationships with CXO‑level clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth through signings, revenue targets, margin management and backlog expansion.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor and leading C‑level engagements.
• Lead the design, delivery and oversight of complex consulting engagements, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Foster talent development, continuous learning and innovation within your team.
• Contribute to Kyndryl’s strategic initiatives, thought leadership and external brand eminence.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in CXO‑level customer engagement and relationship management.
• Proven track record of leading and executing complex, multidisciplinary projects in consulting, corporate or public‑sector environments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with a recognized personal brand in the sector.
• Growth mindset, customer‑focused and inclusive approach to collaboration.
