Construction Supervisor – Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor who takes pride in delivering quality homes, keeps trades accountable, and enjoys seeing a build progress from slab to handover. You will have autonomy, support from a leadership team, and the chance to be part of a business focused on doing things properly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage around 12 residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and motivate trades to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation.
• Conduct quality inspections at key stages of construction.
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and building regulations.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders throughout the build journey.
• Identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
• Keep projects on budget, on time, and built to a standard you’re proud of.

Required profile

• Experience supervising residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes.
• Ability to build strong relationships with trades and suppliers.
• Organised without being overly bureaucratic.
• Sharp eye for quality and detail.
• Calm under pressure and excellent communication skills.
• Holds a current driver’s licence and a relevant QBCC Site Supervisor or Open Builders licence.
