Construction Supervisor – Multi‑Residential Projects (Rouse Hill/Kellyville)

About the role

Join a respected residential builder as a Construction Supervisor overseeing multi‑residential townhouse projects in the Rouse Hill and Kellyville areas. You will work alongside an experienced Senior Supervisor, gaining exposure to larger scale developments while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to premium quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction of townhouse projects from start to handover.
• Manage trades, subcontractors and suppliers on‑site.
• Monitor construction programmes and achieve project milestones.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and conduct quality control inspections.
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements through regular site inspections.
• Liaise with clients, trades and internal stakeholders throughout the build.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly to minimise delays.
• Control project costs to stay within budget and company quality standards.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years’ experience as a Construction Supervisor in volume home building or multi‑residential construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of residential construction practices and Australian building standards.
• Trade background in carpentry (highly regarded).
• Certificate IV in Building & Construction or a Bachelor of Construction Management (highly regarded).
• Commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Current driver’s licence.
