Construction Supervisor – Lead Multiple Projects

About the role

Streamline Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead multiple civil construction projects across metropolitan and regional Western Australia. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery of earthworks, drainage, concrete, roadworks and underground services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate several concurrent construction projects from start to finish.
• Lead, mentor and develop Leading Hands, tradespeople, apprentices and subcontractors.
• Plan and allocate labour, plant, equipment and materials across active sites.
• Monitor project programmes, productivity, budgets and resource utilisation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox meetings and pre‑start briefings.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, environmental requirements and company quality standards.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and progress records.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising civil construction works, particularly earthworks, drainage, concrete, roadworks and underground services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
• Excellent coordination with project managers, clients and subcontractors.
