Construction Supervisor

About the role

RJV is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead land development and underground utility installation projects in Perth. You will ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining a strong safety culture on site.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Project Management team to provide technical support and meet production schedules.
• Ensure sub‑contractors deliver their scope of work according to the construction program.
• Plan and conduct daily pre‑start meetings and involve all site personnel.
• Review, monitor, and maintain all required site permits.
• Manage site‑level hazards, assess risks, conduct regular inspections, and uphold the safety program.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of civil construction supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Valid WA manual driver’s licence and Construction Induction Card.
• Experience in above‑ground earthworks and underground utility installation.
• Demonstrated HSE and quality‑control expertise.
• Strong management, communication, and multitasking abilities.
