Construction Site Manager

About the role

The client is a fast‑growing commercial builder in Perth that specialises in tilt‑up construction for fuel stations and fast‑food restaurants. They are seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead on‑site activities for projects lasting 20‑24 weeks across the metro area.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed to schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily with the Contract Administrator and Project Managers.
• Oversee health and safety compliance on all sites.
• Manage on‑site supervision, material delivery, and progress tracking.
• Prepare cost and budget reports and communicate status to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience supervising tilt‑up projects such as fuel stations or fast‑food outlets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from civil works through completion.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
