Construction Project Manager

About the role

Ascot Group delivers specialised building services across healthcare, aged care and retirement living, education, government and commercial environments, and is looking for a Project Manager based in Tingalpa, Queensland. The role is responsible for safe, profitable and high-quality delivery from pre-start to completion, protecting margin and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects in line with agreed scope, program and budget
• Plan proactively and manage variations, EOTs and contractual claims
• Control costs and protect margins
• Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate the site
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end
• Strong program development and budget ownership capability
• Understanding of contracts, risk and margin
• A calm, visible leader who anticipates issues early and takes accountability beyond their own project
