Construction Manager – Class 2 Luxury Developments (Tier 2)

About the role

We are partnering with a respected Sydney‑based Tier 2 builder to recruit an experienced Construction Manager. You will lead delivery of a premium pipeline of Class 2 luxury residential apartments and mixed‑use projects across the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple construction projects valued between $50 M and $100 M.
• Manage project teams, including Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors.
• Drive programme, cost, quality and safety outcomes across all sites.
• Provide strategic input on procurement, construction methodology and delivery planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, risk management and reporting processes.
• Ensure projects meet company standards, timelines and financial objectives.
• Support business growth, operational improvement and team development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager within a Tier 2 builder or developer environment.
• Strong background delivering Class 2 residential apartment or mixed‑use developments.
• Experience managing projects valued between $50 M and $100 M.
• Demonstrated leadership of high‑performing construction teams.
• Excellent commercial acumen, stakeholder management and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment.
