Construction Manager – Civil Infrastructure (FIFO Perth)

About the role

This permanent position is for an experienced Construction Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory while operating on a 2/2 FIFO roster from Perth. You will own the delivery programme from mobilisation through to final hand‑over, ensuring safe, on‑time and on‑budget outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on‑site construction activities.
• Manage project logistics, procurement and plant allocation.
• Oversee subcontractors and site teams to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Drive programme outcomes and keep project schedules on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers and clients.
• Maintain commercial awareness while head‑office handles financial reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering civil construction projects in remote environments.
• Strong background in utilities, underground services and bulk earthworks.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary site teams.
• Excellent planning, coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Full Australian working rights.
