Construction Labourer – Infrastructure Project

About the role

We are seeking motivated and reliable Construction Labourers to join our team on a major infrastructure project near Rockingham. This project‑based role offers hands‑on physical work within a collaborative construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• General site labouring and manual handling
• Working around plant and equipment on civil construction works
• Assisting tradespeople
• Loading and unloading building materials
• Site preparation and clean‑up
• Operating basic hand and power tools
• Following all safety procedures and site instructions
• Traffic control (ticket) duties where applicable

Required profile

• Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Physically fit for manual tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early starts or weekends
• Team player with a focus on health and safety
• Ability to pass pre‑employment medicals, police checks and security vetting
