Construction Labourer – Bridge Projects (Riverina, NSW)

About the role
We are seeking experienced Construction Labourers to join our NSW team on a full‑time basis (Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am‑4:00 pm) to work on bridge construction and maintenance projects in the Riverina region. Overtime is available.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the construction and maintenance of bridges and related civil works.
- Perform physically demanding, manual tasks in line with project schedules.
- Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Work independently when required and report any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Previous labouring experience in civil construction.
- Valid C‑class driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card).
- Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks.
- Strong focus on safety and ability to complete a pre‑employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing.
- Self‑starter with good problem‑solving abilities.
