Construction Labourer – Bridge Projects (Riverina, NSW)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Construction Labourers to join our NSW team on a full‑time basis (Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am‑4:00 pm) to work on bridge construction and maintenance projects in the Riverina region. Overtime is available.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the construction and maintenance of bridges and related civil works.
• Perform physically demanding, manual tasks in line with project schedules.
• Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Work independently when required and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous labouring experience in civil construction.
• Valid C‑class driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card).
• Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks.
• Strong focus on safety and ability to complete a pre‑employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing.
• Self‑starter with good problem‑solving abilities.
