Concrete Site Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

Campbell Property Group is seeking an experienced Concrete Site Manager to lead residential construction projects in Sydney’s South‑West. You will manage the early‑stage construction process from site establishment through slab and drainage completion, ensuring all work meets quality standards, safety requirements and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear updates to customers on site establishment, slab and drainage milestones.
• Educate customers about early‑stage construction activities and inspections.
• Act as the main point of contact for trades, certifiers and engineers during early construction.
• Meet customers on‑site for slab inspections and keep them informed of progress.
• Schedule and coordinate excavation, sediment control, slab works, drainage installation and spoil removal.
• Arrange inspections with certifiers and engineers for slab and drainage stages.
• Ensure slab levels are within tolerance and rectify discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee site setup, sediment and erosion controls, and manage site access for trades and deliveries.
• Organise plumbers for drainage installation, testing and compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams (Estimating, Engineering, Permits) and external certifiers to resolve early‑stage issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience supervising residential construction sites, preferably with concrete and early‑stage works.
• Proven ability to manage trades and suppliers across slab and drainage stages.
• Strong track record of on‑time delivery of slab and drainage milestones.
• Good knowledge of residential slab construction, drainage, site preparation and relevant building codes.
• Understanding of engineering reports and QA requirements for concrete stages.
• Awareness of environmental and HSE compliance related to sediment and erosion control.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong communication skills.
