Computer Network and System Engineer

About the role

The ClientZED Real Estate is seeking an experienced Computer Network and System Engineer to design, deploy and manage secure, high‑availability network infrastructure across its Australian and international offices. This full‑time position is based in Hampton East, Victoria and supports a fast‑growing luxury property group.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain LAN, WAN and wireless networks for offices in Victoria, Queensland and Dubai.
• Configure routers, firewalls, switches and VPN tunnels, applying high‑availability routing, VLANs, QoS and SDN principles.
• Develop automation workflows using PowerShell, Bash, Python and RESTful APIs to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor network traffic, capacity and performance, producing detailed technical documentation.
• Provision and test server, cloud (Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID) and endpoint systems with MDM solutions.
• Support 4K media‑rendering pipelines, NAS storage and real‑estate API integrations.
• Provide expert troubleshooting to resolve complex network and system issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise‑grade networks in multi‑site environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on reliability and zero‑downtime operations.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
