Community Registered Nurse - Sydney City & Inner West

About the role

A casual, community-based role for a Registered Nurse supporting clients across the Sydney City and Inner West regions. You will provide a wide range of clinical interventions while helping clients stay safe, independent and supported in their own homes. Weekday shifts (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm) are available, with immediate start for successful candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 high-level clinical care in clients' homes
• Medication administration, including IV antibiotics
• Clinical observations and assessments
• Basic and complex wound care
• Catheter care (IDC and SPC)
• Enteral feeding
• PICC line management
• Insulin administration
• Palliative care support

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years' community nursing experience
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current (or willingness to obtain) Police Check, First Aid & CPR certification, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
