Community Podiatrist

About the role

Join Lifecare Homecare, part of the APM Group, as a Community Podiatrist providing high‑quality podiatry services in a multi‑disciplinary community setting. You will work directly with clients in their homes and collaborate with other health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred podiatry assessments, treatment planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide interventions to patients in their own homes and write comprehensive reports for NDIS, DVA, Medicare and aged‑care providers.
• Engage with allied health professionals, GPs and care coordinators to ensure effective patient care.

Required profile

• Podiatry degree with General AHPRA registration.
• Ability to work autonomously in the community and as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Full working rights in Australia, clean driver licence, own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check, annual flu vaccination and hold CPR certification.

Required skills

• Clinical podiatry expertise and assessment skills.
• Report writing for funding bodies (NDIS, DVA, Medicare, aged‑care).
• Effective communication and collaboration with health professionals.
