Community Manager – Sunnylake Shores Lifestyle

About the role

Ingenia is seeking a Community Manager for its Sunnylake Shores Lifestyle site. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead day‑to‑day community operations and create a strong sense of connection and belonging for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding resident experiences measured through satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Oversee daily community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy and resident engagement.
• Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and P&L management.
• Foster community by delivering lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programmes.
• Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged‑care or community settings.
• Proven ability to lead day‑to‑day operations while balancing competing priorities.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L performance or commercial outcomes.
• Ability to handle challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Visible, hands‑on leader who enjoys being the go‑to person for residents, teams and stakeholders.
• Valid C‑Class driver’s licence.
