Community Manager

About the role

Amplify is seeking a proactive Community Manager to drive audience engagement across its digital entertainment platforms. You will work closely with the Creative and Social teams to shape the brand voice, foster authentic conversations, and amplify the reach of our creator‑led content.

Key responsibilities

• Generate timely, on‑trend comments and captions that have viral potential.
• Engage with other brands and online communities to build authentic relationships and convert followers into active community members.
• Manage day‑to‑day social activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments, messages, and DMs.
• Write compelling, brand‑aligned copy that feels native to each social platform.
• Track trends and audience feedback to craft shareable, viral content.
• Provide insights on content performance and engagement metrics.
• Implement SEO best practices to boost discoverability and shareability.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute multi‑platform content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience overseeing community governance, including posting, monitoring, and responding to audience interactions.
• Demonstrated success in representing a brand’s voice online and driving engagement with other brands and communities.
• Background in content ideation and participation in creative brainstorming sessions.
