Communications Manager

About the role

The Communications Manager will lead the development and delivery of clear, engaging communications for ANZ's PACT program. This role ensures employees and key stakeholders understand the program’s purpose, progress, and outcomes, aligning messaging with the bank’s broader strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to design and execute internal and external communication initiatives that support PACT objectives.
• Create and deliver innovative, targeted communications for internal audiences, including content packages and program updates.
• Produce high‑quality leader communications such as messaging, talking points, and briefing materials.
• Collaborate with Communications & Public Affairs team members and PACT stakeholders to plan and oversee communication plans.
• Use feedback, research, analytics, surveys and other data to extract insights and continuously improve communications.
• Track, report and present the impact of communication activities to executives, regulators and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex program information into clear, concise messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform communication strategies.
