Commission Analyst – Fixed Term Contractor (6 months)

About the role

This 6‑month fixed‑term position supports accurate and timely commission calculations, analysis, and payment processing for external Independent Sales Organisation (ISO) partners. The role requires advanced Excel expertise and close collaboration with Relationship Managers, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and enhance Excel‑based commission templates, reconciliation workbooks, and payment support files.
• Validate source data, formulas, adjustments, and final outputs for monthly and quarterly ISO partner commission calculations.
• Support accurate commission payments within agreed timelines and ensure audit readiness through clear documentation.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other teams to investigate queries, provide analysis, and resolve issues.
• Maintain existing commission processes and contribute to automation initiatives led by the Commission Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in analysis, financial operations, payment operations or similar analytical roles.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and Power Query.
• Experience with Business Intelligence or reporting tools.
• Clear communication abilities to explain issues and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
