Commercial Support Administrator

About the role

Air Liquide Australia is looking for a Commercial Support Administrator to join its national Commercial Support team, which powers the sales organisation from behind the scenes. This operational support role bridges internal commercial processes with customer onboarding, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new customers through the initial integration process so they get a high-quality experience from day one.
• Liaise with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and Sales Support teams so that pricing offers match standard price structures, contract frameworks and corporate policies.
• Manage account creations and pricing updates within set timeframes, keeping data accurate and compliant.
• Act as an internal point of contact for the commercial team, giving guidance on pricing maintenance and policy compliance.
• Follow Air Liquide Group safety principles, standards and procedures.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, commercial support or department-level administration.
• Attention to detail, including checking pricing consistency and handling complex administrative tasks accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to liaise across sales reps, internal teams and leadership.
• Organised, able to multitask in a fast pace, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
