Commercial Specialist

About the role

Zenith Energy is seeking a Commercial Specialist to manage the commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of its expanding Connected Energy portfolio. Reporting to the Executive of Connected Energy, you will work closely with customers, regulators and internal teams to deliver commercially viable, customer‑focused energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage electricity retail, connection and supply contracts.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals and customer retention.
• Develop commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Conduct pricing analysis and design customer tariff structures.
• Monitor profitability, revenue performance and commercial outcomes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Help develop new energy products and service offerings.
• Track regulatory changes and ensure market compliance.
• Resolve commercial and billing issues with customers.
• Research market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Commerce, Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Energy Management or related field.
• 3‑7 years of experience in energy, utilities or commercial management.
• Proven experience managing commercial contracts and customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Understanding of electricity pricing, tariffs and commercial drivers.
